Shipping & Returns

Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. We will endeavour to deliver the selected item(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products' availability.

All items are sent out via NZ Courier Post. Discretion guaranteed. If in stock, the item will usually be despatched within 24 hours, and should reach you within 5-7 working days. If you order several items and one item is out of stock, we will part ship the goods we have in stock so as not to hold up the whole order. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them. The majority of orders will be delivered within 7 - 14 days.

Please allow longer for Lingerie items, if out of stock items can take up to 4 weeks to get to you.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about a particular purchase we DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges, so we ask that you choose carefully. Due to the nature of our product line, once the product has been opened, no returns will be accepted unless there is a proven manufacturers fault or defect with the product, in which case a replacement will be issued.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods for the damaged/faulty goods to be returned the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. We do not pay for postage on returns.

Warranty

We do not offer a money back guarantee or a product exchange service on items that are not damaged or faulty. If an incorrect item has been sent to you then we are happy to send you out a replacement or an exchange.

If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, return them to us within 30 days in their original unused condition and we either exchange them or provide a refund including your postage. Please ensure that you provide us with proof of purchase.

Correct Address

Please ensure on checkout that you enter the correct address, please check this carefully as all orders will be shipped to the address that you supply. No refunds or replacements will be given for parcels that are incorrectly addressed.

Attempted Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered via your local courier. If no one is home then a 'card to call' will be left in your letterbox for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. The post office will keep hold of your parcel for up to 4 weeks before it is returned to our supplier. In this situation we will contact you when we receive this parcel back and it is your responsibilty to pay for return postage on this parcel.

Second Attempted Delivery

If we receive the parcel back a second time, you will be charged for return postage and a 30% administration fee on your order total before we will send this item again. We will also ask you for a different address for delivery.
